Thomas Borgers is the Managing Director of Data Center Operations responsible for design, construction, engineering and facilities management. He is focused on 100% uptime at all DāSTOR Facilities and providing exceptional services to customers.
Tom brings over 30 years of technology and infrastructure experience to the organization. Tom worked for SunGard Availability Services and specialized his work on SUN, HP, IBM-RS6000 and Data General Unix platforms. His tenure at SunGard evolved into assisting with the full breadth of enterprise class operations within a completely heterogenous data center encompassing midrange-open systems, distributed systems, mainframe, network and Tier 3 high availability infrastructure at 401 North Broad Street, Philadelphia and other sites throughout the Northeast. Tom continued work at 401 North Broad for 20 years with Cross Connect Solutions, Sidera Networks, Lightower Fiber Networks and Crown Castle with a strong focus on the design, build, optimization and operations of high availability data centers and supporting infrastructure throughout the Northeast and Midwest.
